We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Window

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage


Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Worn or used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us within the 14-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
